- Yes. Help Ukraine Now is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States (EIN 88-1095749). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
- What types of donations do you accept?
- We currently accept monetary donations only. This allows us to respond quickly, purchase exactly what's needed on the ground, and reduce logistics costs. We no longer accept physical items, goods, or packages.
- Can I send supplies, clothes, or medical items?
- No. While we previously accepted physical donations during the early months of the invasion, we have since streamlined our operations for greater efficiency. We no longer receive or ship donated items.
- Can I donate through the Amazon Wishlist?
- No. The Amazon Wishlist was a temporary tool used in 2022. It is now inactive and no longer monitored. The most effective way to help today is through direct financial contributions.
- Why don't you accept physical items anymore?
- Shipping goods internationally is expensive, slow, and unpredictable. By focusing exclusively on financial donations, we can purchase supplies locally or regionally, saving time and money — and making sure aid reaches those in need faster and more reliably.
- Where does my donation go?
- Your donation goes directly toward urgent, verified needs in Ukraine — such as medical aid, protective equipment, infrastructure support, and civilian relief. Our team works closely with trusted partners on the ground to ensure every dollar makes a difference.
- Can I donate to the military cause?
- No. As a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we do not support combat operations or purchase lethal equipment. Our aid is strictly humanitarian and defensive in nature — focused on civilian protection, medical aid, infrastructure support, and emergency response.
- Do you help refugees?
- No. Our organization's main focus is providing relief for Ukrainians in Ukraine.
