One of the first Ukrainian volunteers since 2014 reached out to us to help them buy CAT tourniquets. Their medical team was out of this necessity for a couple of weeks and she started looking aboard. The hardest part about that was that it was a really high-demand product even in the USA and we were waiting in line for 1,5 months! Tactical tourniquets save the lives of wounded people and they can make it to the hospital without major blood loss. This is one of the biggest delivery from Help Ukraine Now so far 250 tourniquets for $6 000!
